Spelaean scorpions were once a rare sight for those who dwell on the surface, as they inhabit only the darkest corners of the Jadame caverns. However, even if you have encountered these small but defensive critters before, I have one piece of advice should you ever face <i>this</i> monstrosity infused with the Hive’s magic: run.

Ranged attacks push the attacker back with a dashed connector; an ∞ marker on the line means the engine resolves the actual distance at attack time.
